Jamal Dana Allen, 18, and Jabari Antwaun Allen, 19, both of Camfield Court in Manasses, have been charged in the incident on Sudley Road Nov. 3, county police said.

Police said the Allens had arranged to meet with a 26-year-old acquaintance for a drug deal just before 9 p.m., when an argument broke out. One of the Allens took out a gun and fired multiple rounds, hitting the victim, police said.

The suspect who fired the weapon got into a light-colored Dodge Durango being driven by a third unknown individual and fled the area, authorities said.

The other suspect and two acquaintances fled on foot. Officers provided first aid to the victim who was treated at an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. A police K-9 and Fairfax County police helicopter searched the area for the other suspect who was not found.

On Nov. 8, the Allens were charged with robbery, use of a firearm in commission of a felony, and aggravated malicious wounding. They were being held without bond.
